Businesses that do not cooperate (yet)

When you stark negotiating with a business, add them already as a new place with the status “Negotiating” to Karrot so that other Foodsavers can check what is going on.

If they do not want to participate, simply change its status to “Don’t want to cooperate” and add an explanatory sentence to the description. Include the date, the reason why they do not want to cooperate, the name of the person you spoke too and your name.

By default, businesses with the status “Negotiating” and “Don’t want to cooperate” are not shown on Karrot. You have to enable them using the switch next to “Places” in the sidebar:

Once enabled, the places with the status “Negotiating” appear with a blue dot and “Don’t want to cooperate” with a red dot at the bottom of the list.
